Refund/Returns

Drape (“we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to provide our customers with quality products and services. This policy sets out the terms under which refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are considered.
1. Refunds & Exchanges
- Goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, with all accessories, tags, catalogues, and any complimentary items included.
- Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
- Altered, damaged, or misused merchandise.
- Goods not in their original condition.
- Items with normal wear or signs of use.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a cancellation fee of 5%..
- Once the order is shipped, it is treated as final, and customers are encouraged to follow the returns or exchange process if applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing the original invoice for any request.
- Returned items must be in good condition.
- Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt
- Customers should contact us promptly regarding any issues with their order.
